Turkey Filet Sandwich
Create a portable version of your guests' favorite Thanksgiving flavors with this unique sandwich. Grilled turkey breast filet, cranberry sauce and warm stuffing come together to make any day taste like a holiday.
Ingredients
Turkey Filet Sandwich
2 slice(s)
Whole wheat artisanal bread with seeds
3 tbsp.
Mayonnaise
2 tbsp.
Whole cranberry sauce
1-2 leaves
Bibb lettuce/fresh greens
3 tbsp.
Stuffing
Directions
- 1. Toast the bread then spread each toasted side with 1 ½ tbsp. of mayonnaise per side.
- 2. Over the mayonnaise, spread 2 tbsp. of cranberry sauce over the bottom slice and top with the Bibb lettuce or fresh greens.
- 3. Place the grilled turkey filet over the cranberry sauce and greens.
- 4. Place stuffing on top.
- 5. Top with another slice of bread over the filet and stuffing.
