Add a Thai twist to your burger menu with a grilled turkey burger glazed with chili sauce and crunchy cabbage slaw tossed in sriracha mayonnaise. Serve on a lettuce leaf for fresh presentation and garnish with crushed peanuts and cilantro.

shredded napa cabbage

grated carrots

green onion, white and green parts finely chopped
1 tbsp.
fresh lime juice
½ tbsp.
vegetable oil
½ tsp.
sugar
⅛ tsp.
salt

cilantro leaves
1 tbsp.
roasted peanuts, chopped

large butter or Boston bibb lettuce leaves
Sweet Potato Fries for serving, optional
Directions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. Set aside.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and green onion. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Whisk in the oil. Toss the cabbage slaw with the dressing. Set aside.
- 3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Brush turkey burgers with sweet chili sauce for the last 1 minute of grilling.
- 4. To assemble, place a lettuce leaf on a plate. Drizzle with Sriracha mayo and top with cabbage slaw. Garnish with cilantro leaves and roasted peanuts. Serve with sweet potato fries on the side, if desired.
