Save yourself valuable prep time when you make these golden-brown patties with Fully Cooked Turkey Thigh Roast.

Ingredients

1/4 cup(s)

chopped onion

1/4 cup(s)

green bell pepper

1/4 cup(s)

yellow cornmeal

1 large

egg

1/4 cup(s)

all-purpose flour

3 tbsp.

mayonnaise

3 tbsp.

grated parmesan

1/4 tsp.

chili powder

1/4 tsp.

onion powder

1/4 tsp.

garlic powder

1/2 tbsp.

olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1. Open the package of turkey thigh roast and drain completely. Place drained turkey thigh roast in a mixing bowl and loosen it up with a fork.
  2. 2. Add onion, bell pepper, cornmeal, flour, mayonnaise, grated parmesan, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg. Then add as much salt and pepper as you like. Stir that up so all the bits are blended.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into patties of whatever size you like.
  4. 4. Cook in ½ tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on each side. Turn once while frying after 5 minutes or so to brown both sides.
