Directions
- 1. Lightly toast the brioche bread, grill the sausage patties on the grill, and fry the egg.
- 2. To assemble, add the gruyere cheese, the fried egg, the sausage pattie, grilled peaches, Calabrian chiles and top with fresh arugula.
