This take on a traditional Spanish snack features seared turkey sausage links and green onions served over a slaw of apple and fennel with an orange vinaigrette.

Green onion

Fennel shaved thin

Apple shaved thin
1 tbsp.
Olive Oil
2 ea.
Skewers
Directions
- 1. Cut sausages in half and cut onions to size
- 2. Skewer them and sear
- 3. Mix fennel and apple, toss in olive oil
- 4. Season to taste
