Mexican Turkey Dip
This festive dip hits all the flavor notes, with savory turkey medallions, ranch, hot sauce and plenty of melty cheese. Don't forget the chips!
Ingredients
Turkey Dip

Texas Pete Hot Sauce
2 8-oz. pkg.
Cream cheese, softened
½ cup(s)
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
½ cup(s)
Jack Cheese, shredded
½ cup(s)
Ro-tel tomatoes
½ cup(s)
Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Non-stick cooking spray

Tortilla chips and celery sticks for dipping
Directions
- 1. Combine the turkey and hot sauce in a stainless steel bowl. Blend well.
- 2. Blend in the cream cheese and ranch dressing, and fold in ½ cup Jack cheese and Ro-tel tomatoes.
- 3. Spray an 8” x 8” baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- 4. Pour turkey and cheese mixture into baking dish.
- 5. Top with ½ cup Cheddar cheese.
- 6. Bake at 325°F for 20–30 minutes. Dip will be golden brown on top and 165°F on the inside.
- 7. Serve with chips and celery sticks.
