Directions
- 1. Heat butter in a large sauté pan and add the diced crisp turkey bacon. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- 2. Break the eggs into a stainless steel bowl and mix with a fork. Lower the heat and add the beaten eggs. Scramble with the bacon.
- 3. Fold the burrito and cut on the bias. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
